Just a Little of Everything

1. Oh, how my heart is racing with excitement with what God is doing in our midst! After reading The Dialogue of Joseph James, and Shahan Shazaam tonight, I am really excited about the "troubling of the waters"! We are starting revival this Sunday with Pastor McLaughlin and we are thrilled to have him coming to minister in Life Tabernacle! "There is no telling what God will do when we believe"! We are living in perilous times, yet during these "times" we are going to see great and mighty things take place in the spirit and in the church!

2. I don't know what is going to happen in the upcoming election, but I do know we need to be praying for our country! Don't sit idly by and watch from a distance. Get involved by VOTING!

3. I love blogging! I have met up with so many friends, and made new friends since I started doing this, and I absolutely enjoy it!! I love reading what is happening in your "world" and love seeing what God is doing for you. I love reading your "thoughts" and reading your "comments", too. We are all striving to be "what we're suppose to be" for God and this world, and when you know there are others out "there" who understand and are working toward the same goals it gives strength to all those who are "running this race".

4. Why do I feel compelled once again to talk about Heaven? Do you think Jesus is getting ready to come? Do you feel a stirring in your soul? I look around and see things that are happening and I get anxious for Him to come! I would love to tell you things are lovely and wonderful in this world, but I would not be telling the truth. I am not a nay-sayer, but I do know reality, and the reality is....this world is not getting any better!! I said to a friend tonight, "I'm really getting ready for the Lord to come", and she answered with, "Well, He probably would if we start asking Him to." "Even so....come Lord Jesus!" The words to a song I heard as a child and my husband and I have sung through the years, rings in my memory:

Since childhood I've heard of a heaven, and I wondered if it could be true.
That there were sweet mansions eternal, in that land beyond the blue.
I pondered could people really go there, then one day sweet Jesus came in.
And I caught a vision of Glory, my soul with all Heaven did blend.

Heaven.....happy home above! Heaven......land of peace and love.
Oh, it makes me feel like traveling on.
Heaven......eternal!
Heaven......supernal!

Oh, I'm so glad that it's real!

He is coming soon! I'm going to be ready to meet Him! Are you?

I have enjoyed your blog so much. I have had the flu for several days and haven't been able to read or comment, but it is great to be able to know what is going on in my friend's life. You are loved so much by me and my family. Have a great weekend.
